About Dagia Developer
A hands-on Dubai contractor. Our own engineers manage every project personally.
Dagia Developer Contracting L.L.C. is a Dubai mainland building contractor delivering villa construction, building construction, fit-out and MEP works across the United Arab Emirates, from tiling and flooring packages to full villa contracts.
The company is led by two directors who each built their own businesses before coming together in Dubai: one in industrial manufacturing in Pakistan, the other in construction contracting in Oman. That combined discipline shapes how every project here is run.

Director & Co-FounderIndustry & manufacturing
MBA, Heriot-Watt University Dubai. Close to four decades in a family group in Pakistan supplying agricultural and construction machinery, with metal fabrication and farming operations.

Founder of a general contracting company in the Sultanate of Oman since 2007, delivering roads, villas, buildings and infrastructure for government and private clients.

Ranges reflect current Dubai market rates per square foot (and per square metre) for budgeting only. They exclude VAT, design fees and authority charges, and change with the material and finish selection. We confirm a fixed quotation after a site survey and BOQ review.

A site engineer visits, measures and records existing conditions and constraints.

An itemised BOQ with materials, labour and programme, so you compare like for like.

Approvals and build
We obtain DM, Civil Defence, DEWA and developer NOCs, then build to a weekly-reported programme.

Handover
Joint snagging, as-built documents and warranties, with support through the defects liability period.
